We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is:

• Damaged upon arrival

• Has a manufacturing defect

• Does not match the product description

Please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you quickly.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange

Prefer an exchange?
We’ll send a new product at no extra cost, depending on availability.

Exceptions

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or product alterations are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping is covered by Novencci for verified faulty products.
