- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- At Novencci, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a faulty product, we want to make the return process seamless and easy.
- Products are considered faulty if received damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not meet the product specifications described at purchase.
Return Process
Please contact our customer service team on our Facebook and Instagram pages within 14 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the faulty product. You will get an immediate response from us.
Refunds and Replacements
1. Refund: If the product is confirmed to be faulty, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
2. Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will send you a new product at no additional cost. The availability of replacement products may vary.
Exceptions
Wear and Tear: Products damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or alteration are not considered faulty and are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified faulty products.
