At Novencci EG, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Tags must be attached and items must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item:

  • arrives damaged,

  • has a manufacturing defect, or

  • does not match the product description,

please contact us as soon as possible and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (if the issue is damage/defect/incorrect item)

Our support team will reply with the next steps and confirmation.

Refunds

Refund method

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs

If you return an item due to a verified fault or incorrect item, shipping costs will be handled by Novencci EG.

If you truly want to keep “full refund including original shipping costs” for all returns, tell me and I’ll rewrite this section accordingly—but most brands limit shipping refunds to faults/incorrect items to avoid disputes.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? We can arrange an exchange depending on availability.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, we can offer:

  • an alternative item, or

  • a refund (based on your preference and case approval).

Exceptions (not eligible)

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse

  • Altered products (e.g., tailoring, modifications)
